As you guys may know I’m big into working out. But one thing you don’t figure is that you end up with bodybuilder stretch marks. Here I am trying to be body beautiful (well maybe not beautiful but you know what I mean) and I end up with stretch marks.

First of all bodybuilders get stretch marks. I wish someone had warned me. If you’re putting on bulk quickly the skin can’t handle it. Skin can stretch but it takes time to adapt, so if you’re adding bulk your skin is likely to rupture causing stretch marks. Not cool.
Another kinda annoying fact is that stretch marks that you get as an adult don’t fade as much as one’s you sometimes get as a child. Not music to my ears!
